Returns are not allowed due to all items being handmade to the sizing you ordered UNLESS I made a mistake then an exchange for the same item is allowed. In the case I made a mistake, you have 2 days to email me the issue on your order from the day you received/picked up & 7 days to get the item back to me after I have emailed you back on the issue.

An Even Exchange will be given if I made a mistake on your order, absolutely no refunds will be issued. 

To be eligible for an even exchange, all items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and in ORIGINAL CONDITION. If your item cannot be resold, you will not receive store credit/exchange. Items returned outside of return window will be not be issued a store credit/exchange.
